“Password reset” -not having prompt Question after failed attempts.
Bummer but I lost my iPhone and the fingerprint recognition is obviously not working on new one. Trying to log in not remembering master password. Anticipated prompt question after failed attempt but it’s not coming through. Does that mean one was never set up? Any possible way to recover? (Feeling not but worth a try!)

I'm sorry to hear about your lost iPhone and forgotten Master Password.
Anticipated prompt question after failed attempt
1Password doesn't work that way. Your Master Password is used to encrypt your data, and so the only way to decrypt it is with that password. That said, we do have some tips that may help available here:

Thank you Ben! In reading some site material, it did mentioned question prompt which is why I was asking. Will look at material again but sadly looks like my memory betrayed me this one time! Thanks for your feedback.
