All vaults are empty and renamed.

Within the last week, all of my vaults have become empty. And they have been renamed. What was originally a vault name of Private is now B5 - jhf.... I am not aware of making any changes.

How do I recover my vaults?

    Welcome to the forum, @NKX31! I'm sorry for the trouble! That's...quite odd, indeed. How many vaults do you have, and how many items would you estimate were in them previously? And you say they're entirely empty now? Have you changed anything else about your system in the recent past, just prior to when you first noticed these changes? Updated macOS? Changed anything else or added new software to your Mac?
