I sent it in four days ago, @ag_ana, but have heard nothing back. How do I find out the status of my case?

    My ticket number is: [#HQW-14782-341]

I'm looking forward to upgrading to Catalina but hesitate to do so while 1Password continues to crash every time that it is started.

    Hi @jimcintosh

It looks like my colleague Cory has been in touch via email. To avoid duplicating efforts let's continue the conversation there, please.

    Ben
