Unable to install 1Pwd 7.3.2

High Sierra
1Password Mini won't quit. How do I make it do so? It's highlighted and I click on the Quit All button but it doesn't do squat.

BTW, PG&E is planning on turning off the power in my area so I need a quick answer.

    Fixed. I had to relaunch 1Password and quit Mini from within it, then quit 1Pwd again.
