Question about icloud sync file

when syncing with dropbox I see a 1password file in dropbox.

I don't see any vault or 1password file in icloud when syncing via icloud in preferences.

where is this file when in icloud?

My specs:
MacBook Pro OSX 10.13.2
HD: 1TB
Processor: 3 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

    @holdingfire20,

    No such file exists for iCloud. iCloud sync doesn't make use of iCloud Drive for its storage, it uses another system under Apple's iCloud umbrella called CloudKit. It stores it into a database that isn't represented on any file system you can mount.

    Even though data is not stored in iCloud Drive, you are still required to have it enabled in iCloud preferences?

    Yes, that's correct: iCloud Drive needs to be enabled on your devices.
