    We will be happy to help you with this, but I’m sorry to hear you’d like to leave us. Is there anything we can do to make things better? Feedback is one of the most important things we can gather to improve 1Password, so it would mean a lot if you had some to share.     @gregd: If you haven't actually subscribed by setting up payment for your membership, there's nothing you need to do to cancel; you will not be charged. Otherwise you can manage your billing through either your account on the website if you subscribed there, or through the app store if that's where you subscribed:
