login using 3 fields name, id, password PLUS select an icon

I have one business site that I log-in on a regular basis. The login is Company name, user ID, Password and the requirement to select an icon from a list. The icon has/was assigned during the initial registration. The placement of the icon is random in the list. I have 1PW set for the for three criteria, is there any way to set the icon selection?

    The best I could suggest here would be to try these instructions to manually save a Login item for this login:

    How to save a Login manually in your browser

    If that doesn't do it, it is unlikely it would be possible to have 1Password pick the image from the list. We do not currently have any sort of image recognition as part of the filling logic.
