1Password suggestions not showing up on Cordova pages

I'm enclosing links to the relevant snippets of code. It is two separate, subsequent pages (I can't group the two input in only one page because reasons). This web code is rendered in a WebView on either iOS or Android (that's just what Cordova does). When I focus the elements I do net get the 1Password suggestion (nor any password suggestion tbh).

    Any chance you can send us links to the actual website where this code is implemented on? I tried working on these HTML pages but they lack a lot and 1Password does not recognize the fields in them.

    If you can't put the username and password in the same page, 1Password will probably only activate itself in the password page, which means users will have to save the username and password pages separately, like so: https://support.1password.com/create-multi-page-login/
    Then, they will have to autofill twice - once in the username page, and another in the password page (assuming 1Password recognizes the username field).
