.com to .com on trial / Family plan trial

Hello

I'm a user since version 4. I'm updating to the subscription format:

  • I'm in 2nd day of trial version.
  • I have charge data from .com to .eu.
  • Now .com is empty. There is no authorized device. Only the browser.
  • I want to permanently delete the .com account, with the specific web button in my profile: "Delete account".

Questions

  • This does not affect the data stored in .eu, does it?
  • This does not cancel my remaining subscription period in .eu, does it?
  • Is it possible to test 1password families in the trial period?
  • When I enter the (annual) payment method, is it invoiced the same day or at the end of the trial period?

Thank you

@jburgoss: Thanks for getting in touch! Happy to help. :)

No. 1Password.com, 1Password.ca, and 1Password.eu are all completely separate.

This does not cancel my remaining subscription period in .eu, does it?

Making a change to one account will not affect any other one, no.

Is it possible to test 1password families in the trial period?

Yes. Unless you've signed up for a promotion that specifically doesn't have a trial period (sometimes we run a six month special, for example), you'll have a free trial for a new account.

When I enter the (annual) payment method, is it invoiced the same day or at the end of the trial period?

If you subscribe by setting up payment, you will not be charged until the trial period is finished. If you don't subscribe at all, you will not be charged, and the account will be frozen (read only) at the end until you subscribe.

I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
