Where did Quick Look go for attached JPG/PDF files in Chrome Extension?

I have various attachments to login items. Now, when I go into the item (Mac, Chrome extension, Password X 1.16.2), I can see that there is the filename of the original attachment, and a confusing long link name, but clicking on the link doesn't actually open the attached image nor go to the document. Fortunately I can still search for the image name, and go to it as a document, but my ONLY option there is to DOWNLOAD the file as unencrypted to my Mac. I used to be able to QuickLook / Preview it within 1Password, and it would be erased from my computer when I closed the view. It seems to work as usual in the native Mac app. Whatever your new Chrome functionality is, it's both broken and less secure than it used to be. How do I get that functionality back? Thanks (user since 2016).
