Cant logon client version

I have the ability to login successfully to 1Password web portal. My problem is that I can't logon to the client version. 1Password continues to tell me that I have the wrong password. Please help.

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. This is most often the result of having a "Primary" vault in 1Password for Mac. With a Primary vault 1Password unlocks using the Master Password of that vault, rather than the Master Password of your 1Password.com account. If all of your data is available to you at 1Password.com you can reset the 1Password for Mac app, deleting the Primary vault, using the Help > Troubleshooting > Reset all 1Password Data option. Then sign in to your account.
