Subscription is not attached to my account

I just renewed my subscription about 1 week ago but I did it directly through iTunes in "Subscription" segment. Then I did not notice my new subscription was not attached to my account til 2 days ago. I tried to log in on computer the other day and it said my account was frozen.

I want to ask how I can connect the subscription I bought to my account. Next time, I will remember doing that through the app :(

I have bill email from Apple and can provide my detailed info if required. Thank you very much!

    Hi @DanielNG

    Please check now. Sometimes the connection between us and Apple needs to be prodded. Hopefully your account should be showing as unfrozen at this point. If it is still not please drop us an email to [email protected] and post the support ID that you get back here. We can troubleshoot further from there.

  • It's still frozen. I think maybe because I did it through iTunes, not from the app so my account is not connected. I will email to you guys. Thanks!
