Getting a system error when creating a csv file, invalid index

Attempting to create CSV file using the MRC-convertor-Suite. When I use the Get_Safari12_passwords.applescript I get a Script Error: System Events got an error: Can't get scroll area 1 of group 1 of group 1 window " Passwords" of applications process "Safari" Invalid index. What is the problem? I am trying to create the CSV file to transfer my 200 Safari iCloud Keychain passwords to 1Password.

Update: Safari was running in the background. Closed Safari and it seem to be working now.
