Changing a family member password
Hello.
Is recovering the account of a family member the only way to change her password?

OK, so I don't need an answer to the above ? anymore. I went to my account, recovered the family member's account and changed her password.
Now, with the new password she's able to log into her 1password.com acct, but when she tries to log into her mbp/iPhone/iPad apps it tells it's the wrong one! (????)
Any insights, anyone?0 -

This is normal, since the 1Password app on her device is still using the old Master Password. If she forgot the old one, she will have to start over in the 1Password app, and add her account information again, this time with the new Master Password that she knows.

I eventually tried all kind of ways. Recovered her account (actually recovered it several times) and eventually succeeded to set up all her accounts, in all her 3 devices (MBP, iPhone and iPad) online and in the app with a new password.
