Feature Request Repeat - Reading existing replies to feature requests is embarrassing for 1Password

Just add a "click-to-reveal" option to the notes section and be done with it. Is it really that hard or are you becoming another corporation that just hates customers and wants to do the bare minimum whilst sitting on that recurring revenue you make from your existing customer base? Poor form team.

I'm really sorry to hear we've made you feel that way. What it really boils down to is limited resources vs priorities. One of the things we did recently was bring on Accel as a partner so that we could grow our development teams:
1Password partners with Accel for continued growth
We're hoping this will give us the resources to say "yes" more often than we currently are able to. Of course the proof will be in the pudding. We'll see how it goes over the coming months as people come on board and get up to speed. We never feel good about having an un-addressed need in 1Password, but there are only so many hours in the day, and so many developers able to 'just add a "click-to-reveal" option' - all of which currently have many other tasks on their plate that take precedence.
I'm sorry we've let you down. Hopefully we can do better going forward.
