First time signup for 2factor authentication

I am unable to set up the two factor authentication for the login.gov website. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am using my iPad and my iPhone. Could this be the issue? Thank you

An iPhone and iPad should be fine. :) We have a guide that may be helpful about setting up 1Password to generate two-factor authentication codes available here:
