Hi I changed my password and now when I try and open ipassword the screen goes back and disappears

Hi I changed the password to access password on my iPhone 10 and also enabled Face ID by moving the 'switch" now in trying to access my passwords the App appears but when I try to open it when the next step would be to insert my access password it opens but alll I get is a completely black scree then the app closes within a split second
I am now concerned as i can no longer gain access

    I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty. As a troubleshooting step, if you turn Face ID back off on your iPhone, are you then able to unlock 1Password?
