iTunes store has expired.BUT,1password still works

Hello, my subscription in the iTunes store has expired. But it shows that I am still subscribing. Can you verify the subscription status of my account

    I have allready sent the e-mail from my registered email
    and i have received the ticket number which is [#JRB-35314-283]
