Easier way to add/remove users

We are a large company, 2500 employees are so. Not everyone of them needs a 1Password account, but a decent amount do (~10%). We have 1Password, and the current process of adding and removing users will not scale.

We need a better solution. We have LDAP, and it would be awesome if we could integrate that. Or if there was an API we could use to integrate adding/removing users.

As of right now, we are looking into alternatives to 1Password. BitWarden seems good, as they have LDAP integration.

Is there any plans to develop a better way so we can keep using 1Password?
