How do I change the passwords stored in keychain to 1Password

I am new to 1Password and I am struggling. I have created my master password. I am using an iPad. Most all my sites have the passwords stored in keychain. If I turn keychain off I can’t get into the sites. The keychain passwords are long. I want to start using 1Password but I can’t get started. Please help

    Hi @dbos1254

    The first step would be to either store the passwords that are stored in Keychain in 1Password, or to change the passwords to ones generated by 1Password. We have instructions on the latter available here:

    Change your passwords and make them stronger

    The general idea would be:

    1. Log into the site in question by using the details from Keychain
    2. Navigate to the change password form
    3. Generate a password using 1Password and use that as the new password for the site
