Usage Report Problem

Options

We have a business account with ~20 users. I just disabled a terminated user today (technically, suspended him). Before and after that, I tried running a usage report, which always showed no activity - nothing accessed at all.

However, I know that's not true. When I go to his user details, it shows he's updated items in multiple vaults over the past week.

In addition, the Usage Report won't let me adjust the date range for him - it's stuck at 30 days, even though he was added on July 23rd. What's going on here?!
