I can't sync my private vaults

I am new to 1password. I signed up for a family plan and our family vault can sync without problem. But my private vaults are onlye available on the place i created it (web, PC-app och Iphone-app) but I can't sync my private vault to all my devices. What may be wrong?

I just registered a few weeks ago and should have all the latest versions.

    Hi @tengil! Welcome to the forum!

    If you login to your Families account in a browser, do you see your vaults there? If you don't, it means that you have created them outside of your 1Password account, perhaps just locally on your device, and that is the reason why they are not syncing.

    Yes, I can see three vaults when I log in (I log in under my name and e-mailadress as family organizer).

    We have one joint vault with currently 27 items which works fine. Then I have 3 private vaults on the browser (with 236, 4 and 0 items).
    But these three private I ca only see in the browser mode, not when I log in to my Iphone-app or the PC-application.

    On the Iphone I only have the joint one.

    On the PC-app I seem to have created a local vault only on the PC with 16 items.

    What would you do if you were me?

    If you open 1Password on your iPhone, then go to Settings > 1Password Accounts, do you see your account listed there?

    No, only the joint vault.

    Yes, I can see the account.

    I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    With your email please include:

    That way I can "connect the dots" when I see your diagnostics in our inbox.
