Broswer Connection Refused

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I'm using 1 password 7.3.712 on win 10, and using the extension on chrome.
Today, I can not access 1 password extension on chrome and the error message is Broswer Connection Refused.
I've reinstall chrome and the 1password extension, also reboot my computer, but they does not works.

    Could you please specify the exact version of Chrome that you are running your Windows PC? Also, do you have any kind of AV/anti-malware software there?
