How to use the same Id with multiple websites?

What's the best way to manage something like a HealthSafe ID which is used, in this case, to access multiple medical providers? If I do a separate login for each medical provider, then I get a "reused password" warning all the time. But I'd like to retain the ability to open 1 password, type in the provider name and hit "go" to open the provider's web page and signin.

    Hi @SeaLandSkyPhoto!

    The best way is to add multiple website fields to your Login item, so you will only have one item to manage ;)
