Help with 3 field login

Hi there,

Can I get some help with saving a 3 field login please?

The site in particular is https://www.qantasmoney.com/account/login

I have followed the steps located at https://support.1password.com/save-login-manually/ but it's only saving 2 fields.

The Last name field from the webpage is being saved as my login in 1Password.

The PIN field from the webpage is being saved as my password in 1Password.

For the life of me I cannot get my membership No to save in 1Password.

I am using Chrome Version 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit). I do have the UBlock Origin extension but I have tried it with this disabled.

I'm using Windows 10.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Paul. This particular website is one our developers are aware of being problematic, and hopefully we'll have a fix for this sometime soon, but I don't have anything definitive to share at the moment. Thanks for reporting this and thank you for your patience. :smile: (Manually saving the login, I will note, is definitely the right approach!)

    That's fine. At least I know I was trying to do it the correct way :)

    It's the only site that I visit that's not working correctly so I'm happy to wait.
