Missing secret key
Hello,
I have signed up for a family account with a 12-month free trial last January, but I haven't stored secret key or downloaded my Emergency Kit when I signed up.
Now I'm trying to login my account and I can't because I don't have the secret key.
I tried the help articles, but unfortunately I don't have access to the computer I used to sign up anymore.
It seems the only alternative is to delete my account and start over, but I'm afraid of losing the 12-month trial period.
Please let me know if there is any other alternative way that I can recover my account.
