The trash cannot be emptied

Hi,

When I attempt to empty the trash on our team account I get this:

I've checked with the account owner and I am in the "Owners" group. This error occurs when using the Mac app. If I login via the browser there is only the option to restore. Some of the items I am unable to delete were created by me!

Please advise.

    I don't see anything after this sentence. Did you perhaps try to upload a screenshot?

    I did @ag_ana but it didn't work, then when I tried to add it as a comment it said it was awaiting approval. I'll try again now.
