License file retrieval for 1Password 7 stand-alone Windows 10

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I am loading my 1Password 7 stand-alone onto a reimaged Windows 10 PC. When I open 1Password, I see a message that 1Password is read-only and I am given an option to add a license. Where do a find my license? I have a copy of my order number from from Mar 2019. Is the file available from a previous backup image of my PC? If so, what is the path to the license file?

    A standalone license for 1Password 7 for Windows is stored in Credential Manager on Windows.

    If you want to activate it on a second computer, please download your license file from the license email that you received after the purchase.
