I finally found my Master Password and thought I was in! Why do I need the lost YubiKey!!!

Is the YubiKey and additional security measure... added onto the top of the master password and the secret key? or is it an alternative to the master password?

Against all odds I found my lost master password after 40 days of being locked out of my 1Password account. I entered the password, the gears spun for a moment and... I was asked for my YubiKey which is also lost.

Am I screwed?
