Website not accepting my username/password

Hi, I got a username/password incorrect message when attempting to log in to https://nb.fidelity.com/public/nb/default/home. I accomplished a password reset and updated 1password. I logged out and attempted to log back in and again I got a username/password error message.

    Update. Double-checked the username and updated 1Password. Should have been the same, but it fixed the issue.
