Firefox anomaly with username field on 1 website - works fine in the "new" Edge

I've seen posts where the username field is not being saved. My situation is the username field is filled in but then blanked out. This only happens with one site. My 1Password credentials have both the username and the password in the entry, but when I click on the item, I see the username and password fields filled in with the username field immediately returning to blanks. I can manually fill in the username and proceed with the logon and verification process.

Kind of in this ballbark? https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/comment/563917#Comment_563917, but not really. I've seen other discussions about username not being saved, but nothing about it being filled in and then erased.

The offending site is https://secure.netlinksolution.com/nextgen/

Thanks!

    Hi @stevewoo!

I remember seeing something similar in the past: when a website behaves like this, it means that it's doing something that prevents 1Password from filling your credentials, whether on purpose or because of weird design choices. If the websites actively removes what 1Password puts there, there might not be much we can do, but I have reproduced the same issue here, so I will open an internal issue for good measure. Our developers can take a look at this and see if there is anything we can do here :+1:

    Thanks - I wasn't convinced it was a 1Password issue.
