If a tech leaves the company and has biometrics enabled on his phone, will he still have access if I change the master password or add pin?

    They would not have access, but I wonder if you could elaborate a bit on what you are trying to do? When an employee leaves the company, administrators usually suspend that account, instead of changing its credentials:

    Offboard a team member
