Feature request: Allow sections to be reordered

Fields within sections can be freely reordered, but whole sections are eternally fixed in the place where they have been created. If I want to, for example, create a new section and move it to the top because it is the most important, I cannot do that. The only workaround is to delete all existing sections, create the new section and then re-create all old sections (in the desired order). That's obviously not good.

Please make it possible to reorder sections!
