Move standalone purchased 1Password 6 to second mac.

I have a standalone 1Password 6 version 6.8.9 for which I still have my original order number & Key. I have been using it for years on my 2016 MacBook Pro. I now have a 2nd 2017 MacBook Pro and want to be able to access my same vault. Can you help with directions? Thank you.

1Password 6 has been retired and is no longer receiving updates. Additionally there are known incompatibilities with using it on macOS 10.15 (especially Safari v13). If you'd like to give it a shot anyway you can find the download here:

    https://1password.com/downloads/mac/#legacy-downloads

That said I'd really have to encourage you to consider upgrading to a 1Password membership, which would give you access to 1Password 7 and all future versions of 1Password for so long as your membership is in good standing. This would also make the experience of using 1Password across multiple devices seamless — no 3rd party sync service required. You can read more about the benefits of membership here:

    About 1Password membership

If you do decide to upgrade instructions can be found here:

Move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account

    I hope that helps!

    Ben
