Yes, I do the same way as you telling me how to reveal the rest of the list by clicking on the up—down arrows. Nothing opening up at all. Have done this before but this time is frozen.

This looks like a bug on macOS 11. If you click the downward facing arrow button furthest to the right on the "where:" line, then the file format pop-up seems to work.

Thanks Rudy! Yes, you are right. It's a bug in OS 11.0 Beta (20A5354) causing problem. I finally got it to work now.
