Do _new_ users have a membership choice?
I have been using 1P since version 3.7.5, in 2011.
When 1P began offering a monthly subscription, I opted out and now pay for each major update instead.
I am a member of a half dozen Apple fourums/Lists and often see questions about 1P and I often see people who are interested balk at the monthly subscription model.
I am almost positive, but not totally sure, that one can stlll purchase 1P and then pay for major updates but before pointing this out on these forums and lists, I want to be sure of my facts.
Would someone clarify for me, please. Is subscription the only mode now for new members?
If 1P is offering only the monthly subscription model, then they are missing out on a lot of customers.

You can also purchase a license if you prefer, but Memberships are the way forward. We have not marketed standalone licenses for a while now, and we don't recommend them anymore moving forward, but they are still available if you are absolutely sure that's what you want :+1:
