Android Sync Issues - Pixel 3A

Hi there,

I have a Google Pixel 3a and currently experiencing issues with passwords generated on the device not syncing to my cloud storage on 1password.com or my desktop app. Conversely, passwords generated on those platforms are not being delivered/synced to my mobile device. Attempting to refresh by pulling down on the Categories page of the app just gives me an infinitely spinning circle.

This occurs on both WiFi and LTE.

What steps can I take to begin resolving this issue?

    Hi @Flipflip79. The error you're describing sounds like you've enabled 2FA on your account, but haven't yet authorized in the 1Password for Android app, so it's not able to connect to our servers.

    Try force quitting 1Password on Android and relaunching it. It should prompt you to enter your hardware key or TOTP after.
