Can't sign in via Sign-In Address

I can sign in via my.1password.eu but when I try to sign in using our business account Sign-In Address [ouraccountname].1password.eu it's telling me "Can’t sign in. The email address and Secret Key are not correct for [ouraccountname].1password.eu. Get help." Of course I'm using exactly the same credentials for both.

    @Ben I've just tried again today and it's working now, so not sure what the problem was but it's gone now, thanks.
