I cannot change my old email to new email in profile

What happens when you try to change your email exactly? Do you see an error message?

Thanks for quick feedback.
First I log in to my account with using email and passwort.
I open icon in the right corner Edit Profil.
I see only a new window with my name and old Email and klick on Save.
The same window come again.Jochen

Can you try clicking on the Change email button below the Edit Details button? The one you are clicking now only allows you to change your user name, not your email:

I see that you are referring to the forum profile, thank you for the clarification. I assumed you were referring to the email address of your 1Password account ;) I have removed your screenshot from your message so your email address is not visible on the public forum.
After clicking on the Save button, did you receive an email to complete the email change?

I don't receive an email yet.
I change lot of accounts with new email in the last hours.
It was all succesful.
Only in forum 1PW Forum support I cannot change my email adress!
Why?
Is this my problem or agile forum problem?Jochen

I answer the private message there come feedback from robot.
If I post here in this discussion my new email address can other users read my new email?
This would not be good because the new address is part of safety login.

That's the notification of the private message. I have sent you the private message here on the forum, the one you received is just an email notification.
Please reply to my message here on the forum: when you login to the forum, look at the menu at the top of the page and choose the Messages menu. You can see our private conversation there ;)
