Family member not receiving invitation

  • Hi, @john_m — I'm having the same problem as the original poster. Some family members have gotten their invitations and joined our family vault successfully, but one daughter can't seem to get an invitation. I've tried resending multiple times but she doesn't get any of them. She's checked her Spam folder and that isn't the problem. How can I get her into the family 1P account? I'm not sure if it's relevant, but she has a free individual account.
