Credit not applied when purchasing membership

I bought a 1password membership recently. I had tried purchasing earlier and that time my 10$ credit was applied and I was charged 25$ but due to some problem with the credit card the transaction was cancelled. I corrected it and purchased it again today but no credit was applied today. Can you please rectify this and apply the credit I had remaining, or give me a 10$ refund. I did not get any option to apply the credit this time or I would have done it.
