I'm a long time customer. I just upgraded to a family plan and created a 1password.com account. Luckily, I successfully migrated my vault. I did not delete original value (and I still have my vault on dropbox). However, now I can no longer log into the apps (on laptop or iOS). installing the applications did not help. I am quite confident that I did NOT change my master password and that this is a software issue (defect).
