Hi, I cannot login to my iPassword app on my iPhone. I've always used Touch ID, but all of a sudden this is not possible and I've forgotten my master password. Please can you urgently assist me? Thanks.

    I apologize for the difficulty. Without the correct Master Password it is not possible to access 1Password data. If you have forgotten your Master Password we have a guide that may be of help, here:

    If you forgot your Master Password or you can't unlock 1Password

    Note that you are not limited on the number of tries you have for the correct password. I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
