Is it normal that on macOS when a password to a website is entered and the account is logged in that 1Password will open? It bounces, doesn't become the active window, doesn't give a prompt to save the password or anything either. If I login it still doesn't request to save the login details.

Thanks,

  • Hi @kalansigns

    I'm unclear on exactly what is happening here, but to help narrow it down I'd like to ask you a few questions:

    1. Which web browser are you using?
    2. Do you have a 1Password extension installed in that browser?
    3. If so, which version of the 1Password extension do you have?

    Thanks!

    Hi Ben,

    I use Safari 13.1.2, I DO NOT have 1Passwords Safari Extension.

    What happens, and I will be more specific the next time it happens is: If I login to a website for the first time 1Password will open (it was previously not running). The window doesn't become active and sits behind my Safari window.

    I don't want 1Password to open, bounce when I login to a website.

    @kalansigns:

    Can you please send us a screenshot of your Safari Preferences > Extensions tab settings?
