Settings are not saved in Chrome

in Browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

I'm using 1Password X beta on macOS Catalina and Big Sur (beta 8) in Chrome and any time I change the settings in 1Password X it doesn't save my changes.

How do I fix this?

    Hi @berndkuehn! Welcome to the forum!

    Do you perhaps have your browser configured to clear cache or cookies when you quit it?

    Hi @ag_ana ! Thanks for your quick response.
    So Yes, I got the app "Cookie" and it's cleaning cache, cookies an so on after browsing. I understand, Thanks.
    But where are the settings stored? In the Cookies (and which one?) or in the cache or both of it?
    The reason for asking is that "Cookie" can save the relevant data (e. g. by choosing a cookie as "relevant") and trashes the rest.
