How to switch to free use after the trial period?

I used a trial family subscription when it ended that I decided to use the free version for personal use, but I can’t do that because my account is frozen. How do I switch to free use?

    (I don’t think there is a free version of 1Password)

    Hi there,

    XIII is correct... we do not offer a free tier of 1Password beyond the free trial period. If you'd like to downgrade to an individual membership from 1Password Families, that would be possible. Our billing team (at support@1password.com) would be happy to help with that. :)
