How to make view persist?

I really like using the app over plugins, and on macOS, my preferred view is All Vaults, All Items, sorted by frequency of use. However, sometimes when I log in to the app, the view seems to have reset, showing only Private vault, or a different sort.

Originally, I thought it was related to my cross-platform use (I also use 1Password on my iPhone and Windows 10 workstation) but further testing seems to counter-indicate.

How do I preserve my view settings when the app is closed or locked?

    Hi @ii_dan!

    If you open 1Password Preferences > Vaults tab, can you confirm that the dropdown menu next to Always open to is set to All Vaults?

    Hmm, interesting. I don't have access to the Windows machine right now, but on my Mac, it's set to Private Vault. I've now changed it.

    Will that affect the sort, too?

    No, that will only affect the default vault 1Password will open to when you launch it :+1:
