Logins not autofilling for team member

Hi there, for some reason this user's 1password is not auto filling logins. The extension is installed on Microsoft Edge browser. She's clicking "auto fill" while on the website from the extension - that doesn't work. She's clicking "Go" so the login takes her to the website but it's not auto filling either. Her browser is up-to-date.
The extension seems to be working for all our other team members. What could be wrong? Please help.

    Can you please let us know what version of the 1Password browser extension she is using?

    Also, is this happening on every website, or just with a specific one?
