I have a Primary and a Personal Vault on my devices but not on Mac

I cannot see the Primary Vault on my iMac, only on iPhone and iPad. Primary has 205 items and is backed up in Dropbox. Personal has 69 items. I cannot figure out how to open the Primary vault to see what is in it. Can someone tell me how to see the vault to figure out if I can just delete in without losing tons of passwords?
