    Downgrade to 7.6.778 seems to be OK (with updates disabled).

    Could you please also create a full Diagnostics Report from 1Password 7 on your PC? You can create it even without unlocking 1Password (this way it won't crash), here is how:

    Does it matter which 1Password version it will be generated with? The new/problematic version window closes itself almost immediately after appearing.

    @MichalH, at the moment no, the diagnostics report should include the logs and any crashes from the previous versions up to 14 days.

    I'm having the same problem and my 1Password is completely unusable, it seems pretty inexcusable that a simple sync error causes the entire app to close itself and make my entire password database, which it SHOWS that it has fine but does not give me time to access, unusable. Finding where you found the critical problem 5 days ago but still have no fix is worse.

    We have no confirmation that this issue is related to sync in any way, and are investigating it right now. I am sorry for these troubles.

    If you haven't rebooted your computer for a while, could you please try to do it now? Does the issue with 1Password remain after that?

    I know it may sound obvious and simple, but I have seen several reports, where it worked. Thanks! :+1:

    I have too much going on to be able to reboot it soon, so I’ll just have to use 1password on my phone for now but if you haven’t fixed it by the next time I have to reboot I’ll let you know if that fixes it. As an aside, I fundamentally disagree with the whole “reboot it to fix things” approach... it works better to find the root problem. I did make sure to try closing 1password completely and opening it again.
